Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

At OMA EM, we want you to love your swimwear! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear with removed liners or signs of wear cannot be returned.

2. How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at OMAEM.LLC@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply in some cases.
