Eligible Exchanges: Limited to manufacturing defects (warranty) or size changes for swimwear, outer dresses, and swimsuit tops. Swimwear bottoms are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds if the hygiene sticker is off, for hygiene reasons.
- Product Condition: Items for exchange must be in perfect, unused condition with original labels. Customized items are not eligible for exchange. All items on SALE or tagged as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Timeframe: Customers have a maximum of 5 business days from the product receipt date for returns or exchanges. Refer to our exchange policies for detailed information.

However, you may request an exchange within 5 business days of receipt, provided the item is returned with tags and protective stickers intact. For outer dresses and swimsuit tops, refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted within the same time frame, with tags and packaging required for return.
Exchange Cost Dynamics:
- Product Cost During Exchange: Exchanges are only permitted for size changes. If the purchased item is out of stock, you may select another item of equal or higher value. Please note that shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping fee for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Product Warranties:
